1. Charging Requirements
For optimal Qi2 15W wireless charging, use a compatible USB-C power source with sufficient output. Actual charging speed may vary depending on your device, battery level, and temperature.
2. Phone Compatibility & Charging Speed
Supports up to 15W Qi2 wireless charging with compatible devices, including supported iPhone 12–18 models. Other Qi-compatible phones may charge at lower speeds. Charging performance varies by device.
3. Magnetic Compatibility
Compatible with MagSafe-enabled iPhones and Qi2 magnetic devices. Some Android phones and other devices may require a compatible magnetic case or ring. A magnetic ring does not add wireless charging capability.
4. Vacuum Suction Installation
Install on a clean, smooth, flat surface. Press the suction base firmly and rotate to lock it securely. Avoid rough, uneven, or heavily textured surfaces. Check the suction regularly to ensure a secure hold.
5. Adjustable Design & Stability
The foldable metal arm supports multi-angle adjustment and rotation for flexible viewing. Always ensure the joints are properly positioned and the base is securely locked before use.
6. Driving Safety & Maintenance
Ensure the mount is securely attached before driving. Do not obstruct your view, vehicle controls, or airbags. Avoid adjusting your phone while driving. Keep the mount clean and avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight.
