EXEEK Refund & Return Policy
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a full refund by contacting our Customer Service team at service@exeek.com. Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in the email.
If your order has already been shipped by the courier or freight forwarder, the shipping cost is non-refundable, and in most cases we are unable to stop the shipment once it has been dispatched. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy below for further guidance.
Due to current vaping regulations in China, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any orders that have already been shipped from China.
If you receive defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact our Customer Service team at service@exeek.com. We will respond as soon as possible and provide a suitable solution.
- For most international shipping methods, parcels cannot be returned once refused at delivery.
- If a customer refuses delivery for personal reasons, EXEEK may not be able to issue a refund.
- Customers are advised to accept the delivery first, and then contact us for further assistance.
- Any unsolicited or unauthorised returns may be disposed of, and refunds may not be processed in such cases.
