If You’re Not at Home

If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may:

• Leave it in a safe location of your choice, or
• Attempt re-delivery at another time.

You can contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery or collection at a nearby depot.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
