Limited Warranty

At EXEEK, we believe that you should have confidence in your vaping experience whichever product you choose to purchase. As a valued customer, you can benefit from a comprehensive warranty on our EXEEK devices and accessories.

Please be aware that vape kits, pods, and mods are made up of different components and are therefore subject to different warranty periods.
Please note we will require proof of purchase and, where possible, the original packaging for the product.

What is covered by our EXEEK warranty

Vape Kits / Mods
Vape kits and mods have a finite lifespan depending on usage. They come with a 6-month warranty starting from the purchase date. This warranty is void if the item has been broken due to misuse or mishandling. General wear and tear are not covered in the 6-month warranty period. If you believe your vape kit or mod is faulty, please contact us stating the fault and we will assess your problem. If the issue is the manufacturer’s fault, we will replace the vape kit or mod. You may be required to return the vape kit or mod to us for assessment. To process a warranty claim, you must return the vape kit or mod for evaluation. Please ensure that the vape kit or mod is returned in its original packaging, undamaged, to qualify for the warranty claim.

Pre-filled Pods / Refillable Pods
Pre-filled pods are consumable items, sold in sealed packaging, and are not covered by a warranty. The only exception to this rule is in the case of an item being dead on arrival or shipping errors on our part. If you suspect that an item you've received is defective upon delivery, you must notify us within 5 working days. We cannot accept any claims after this period.
In case of any missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can promptly investigate your claim.
For any pod warranty claim, we require the batch number and date of expiry from the packaging. We are unable to replace or refund any vape pod without this information. Additional video or photographic evidence is also required. Furthermore, we cannot replace or refund pods that have been thrown away or discarded.

What is not covered by our EXEEK warranty

This warranty does not cover any faults resulting from fair wear and tear or misuse of the product, including but not limited to:

  • Negligence by you or a third party.
  • Incorrect use of your product in accordance with the user instructions.
  • Unauthorised repairs or other modifications.
  • Improper charging of your device (including the use of alternative chargers and adaptors).

How to make a claim

If you need to make a claim or think there is an issue with your device or accessory, please contact the EXEEK Care Team via email at service@exeek.com.

You will be asked to describe the fault in detail, provide your order number/proof of purchase and the product batch or serial number, so please make sure you have this information ready.
You may be asked to return the faulty device for investigation. Failure to return the defective device if requested may affect your claim.

Please Note:

Where we cannot repair your device or accessory, we will refund the amount paid.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
